With Mitch, therapy is a place to examine the stories and truths that were never your own. Here you’ll begin to ask new questions, find new meaning, and hold the richness of complexity. You’ll practice offering yourself compassion as emotions emerge and invite new ways of being. In this space of exploring your truest truths, you’ll connect with your most fragile and most empowered self.
Mitch’s narrative therapy style is rooted in the offering of generous questions that will walk with you along a path of wonder and self-discovery. Whether you’re puzzled by what’s happening in your career, your relationships, your identity, or the world around you, Mitch’s gentle presence will guide you in the direction of your own North Star.
